inHEART processes your personal data for recruitment purposes and to be able to contact you. The processing of your data is based on inHEART’s legitimate interest to select candidates with all the necessary qualities for a job within the company.
Your personal data are collected directly from you and only the people involved in the recruitment process will have access to your information (i.e. the department involved in the recruitment and the people in charge of human resources).
We inform you that if your application is not accepted, your data will be kept for a period of 2 years from the last contact we have with you and will then be deleted.
You have the right to access, rectify, and delete your personal data, as well as the right to the portability of the data provided. You also have the right to oppose, for reasons relating to your particular situation, to the processing of your data, as well as the right to request the limitation of the processing of your data and the right to determine the use of your data after your death.
